Timeless Security is a small, local security company serving Nassau and Suffolk counties, with 30+ years in the security industry. Timeless Security has been serving homes and small businesses across Long Island since 2019.
Jim has worked in the security industry since 1995. From 2012 to 2019 he ran Direct Concepts LLC, and in 2019 he opened Timeless Security. Through all of it, the way we treat customers has stayed the same.
Every customer gets a dedicated tech. That means a familiar face at your door and a familiar voice on the phone, from the first visit through every service call after.
We keep things simple: equipment prices are posted on this site, we explain your options in plain English, and you get a clear quote before any work is scheduled.
We are a Certified Alarm.com Dealer, so your alarm, cameras, and smart home devices can all live in one app.
Sales, service, and installations for residential and commercial customers: wireless and hardwired security systems, remote-view camera systems, and access control. We also set up Wi-Fi networks and Sonos whole-home audio, and handle low-voltage project design and management for commercial jobs. Call for a quote on any of it.
We serve homes and small businesses throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island, New York.
